..was the seller of the day today! It seemed as if everyone put off coming into the shop yesterday and waited until today. It worked out great- we were hopping at Curbside all day long! The first sandwich to sell out was the ham off the bone on rye with dill pickles and horseradish cheddar. Next to go was the turkey with colby and provolone on soft texas toast with chive cream cheese. Turkey BLT sold out after that, and the Caprese sandwich was on it’s way out next.

We made a new kind of salad today which came out beautifully! It is a corn and bean salad with lots of grape tomatoes, cilantro, and dressed with a creamy lime sauce. It is perfect for summer. We even chopped up a fresh jalapeno pepper for some zip. It really wasn’t spicy at all though?

Lined up for tomorrow is everyone’s favorite Tanzania Peaberry. It will be brewing as the mild coffee. The Java Taman Dadar was delicious! We’ll have to get it back on tap soon.
