We made an awesome sandwich today that was turkey, colby cheese, a thick slice of tomato, cilantro, and homemade guac on soft wheat bread. Needless to say, it was the first sandwich option to sell out. Our mayo-less tuna recipe has been a huge hit as well. It has flavorful ingredients in it: roma tomatoes, cannellini beans, basil, parmesan cheese, spinach, and a really light vinaigrette.

In other words, in turned out to be a really nice day. Great weather is always great for business. It was very warm in the afternoon and I enjoyed a workout at the track in full sunshine.
